Top Tip: Estate Agents Do Not Value Homes! Although it is important estate agents provide an honest opinion on your homes value, in many cases agent’s get it wrong and in some they intentionally over value the property. If an agent provides you with a higher price, make sure they back it up with hard evidence as to why and how they think they can achieve that figure.
